Get ready to dazzle and delight at our Winter Masquerade Christmas Party Nights!

Join us on the 13th, and 14th of December from 7PM until Midnight for an unforgettable evening of festive fun and intrigue at KWMCC.

For just £49.95 per person, you can immerse yourself in the magic of the season with:

– A complimentary welcome drink on arrival to kick off your Christmas celebrations.

– Stunning live music to set the tone of the evening at our drink’s reception.

– Indulge in a delicious, festive three-course sit down meal served to your table.

– Charming, themed entertainment to keep you intrigued.

– Capture your memories of the evening at our photo booth.

– Dance the night away with our lively DJ until late.

– Bar Twelve will be open throughout, with bottles of wine/beer + party packs available to pre-order ahead of your event date.

We will require a £20 deposit payment per person to confirm your booking with us.
Your remaining balance will be due 10 weeks before your chosen date.

Join us on Wednesday 18th December 2024, 7-8PM at our outdoor bandstand for Community Carols with The Salvation Army.

Warm refreshments, snacks and carol sheets will be available, such as mulled wine and hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows! Come along with family and friends and join in the Christmas carols sing-along together this December, all raising funds for The Salvation Army.

Laid-back, open networking event sponsored by Bates Wells & Braithwaite Solicitors. Start your day the right way with a cup of coffee at Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre at The Centre of Networking.

At our events, you can promote your business, network with others and make valuable contacts.

If you would like the chance to become a guest speaker, run an activity or have a stall at one of these events, you can do so for free! Please get in touch with Molly on molly@kwmcc.co.uk.

These events are free to book, but we ask a £2 cash donation on arrival to support local charity Iceni, who we support with these events from 2024-2025. Light refreshments provided. Click on the link to book on for free!

After being awarded funding to continue these monthly events where AGE UK Suffolk left off, KWMCC now provides these very successful Chinwag events every third Friday of the month 14:00 – 16:00. Booking on is free; come join the social & friendship group for people ages 60+.

Join us at The Centre of Networking, every other month on the second Tuesday of the month 10-11:30AM in 2025!

The Centre of Networking at Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre (KWMCC) dates for the year:

11th February, 8th April, 10th June, 12th August, 14th October & 9th December.

At our events, you can promote your business, network with others and make valuable connections in a welcoming, laid-back environment. These open networking events are sponsored by Bates Wells & Braithwaite Solicitors.

The timing of the morning runs from 10:00AM – 11:30AM. Free to book but we ask for a small £2 cash donation on arrival to support local charity, Iceni, who we support with these events from 2024-2025. Light refreshments provided.

Back in 2025!

Our popular event Time Together Tuesday has returned for this year. Throughout the school holidays, we will be holding free laid-back games and craft mornings – aimed at families.

Suggested age for children is 3-10 years but babies and toddlers are most welcome – there are some toys and colouring for them to enjoy too.

With various dates available and the events running in the morning 10AM-12PM, you can register your interest and attend on the date(s) of your choosing.

These events and activities are free to come along to with no cost for hot and cold drinks for attendees. We will be selling treats from our tuck shop if you wish to purchase something from there.

We plan to make each session a different theme, so book in for as many as you would like to attend and we will release the theme on our social media before the event. Instagram: @kesgravecommunitycentre & Facebook ‘Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre’.

Please note, you do not have to be booked on to attend but it helps us keep an eye on numbers to avoid us unfortunately having to turn anyone away if we are at capacity.

And of course, we are open for your private party bookings! We have a choice of function rooms with a fully licensed bar and welcoming staff, who will ensure that you have a fabulous time.

We can recommend party suppliers to help make your celebration complete, from caterers to the all important interactive selfie mirrors to capture those memorable festive moments.
