Live Music at the Bandstand 2025
After the success last year, we’re thrilled to make Live Music at the Bandstand an annual tradition at KWMCC!
Join us from 12pm (midday) to 6pm for a fantastic day of live music, featuring 6 amazing performances from talented local musicians and groups.
12:15pm – Suffolk Soul Singers
1:15pm – Jayne Katrine
2:15pm – Take Three – Jazz Trio (KHS 6th Form Students)
3:15pm – Gwyn Pritchard
4:15pm – Liam King Busking
5:15pm – Cool Remedy
Refreshments will be available on the day, including burgers and hot dogs, ice creams, and cakes—perfect for a summer afternoon!
Bring your chairs or blankets, sit back, and enjoy the music as we celebrate local talent in the beautiful outdoor setting of our bandstand. 🎶
Browse the stalls and enjoy some free activities in the garden and on the field—fun for everyone!

An Evening of Clairvoyance – 5th September 2025

Family Fun BINGO – 12th September 2025
Join us for an evening filled with excitement and prizes at our Family Fun Bingo Night.
This event will be running from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM at Kesgrave Community Centre, where we will be raising money for a special community project at our charity. Registered charity number: 1186279.
Children are most welcome to join in the fun! They must be able to sit at the table and participate in the bingo games.
Included: £6 per person includes one book of 8 games. Additional books can be purchased on the night for those who would like more than one book.
Please note there is an additional 75p booking fee per ticket.
KWMCC Showcase Day – 12th September 2025
We’re hosting an Open Day at the Centre on Friday, 12th September 2026 at 10 am. Come along and tour our hireable rooms for your meetings, training, conferences and events —from cosy spaces for four to large halls accommodating up to 250 guests.
We’ll have free refreshments, goodies, and plenty of friendly staff on hand to answer any questions about pricing, availability, and more.

Macmillan Coffee Morning – Annual Fundraiser – 25th September 2025
It’s time for our Macmillan Coffee Morning! Taking place at KWMCC in Ropes Hall from 10:30am-12:30pm.
A joint event between KWMCC + Kay Fletcher Fitness….
Please bring your friends & family and come to support our morning’s fundraising efforts for Macmillan.
We’ll have drinks and refreshments and be asking for donations – all proceeds to Macmillan. There will also be Shopping Stalls, a Tombola and a Raffle.

90’s & 00’s Party Night – 26th September 2025
Throw it back to the ultimate decades of music!
Join us for a night packed with non-stop anthems from the 90s and 00s! Get ready to dance, sing, and relive the best tunes from the eras that brought us iconic pop, rock, R&B, and dance hits.
Our fantastic DJ will be spinning the biggest hits from Britney to Beyoncé, and everything in between! Come dressed in themed fancy dress in your best 90s/00s outfit – think double denim, cargo pants, and neon vibes! Our licensed Bar Twelve will be open all night.
Early bird tickets are now on sale for just £7.50 each for the first group of tickets. After that, tickets will be available for £9.50 each. For a truly special experience, reserve a ‘VIP TABLE’ for up to ten guests for £125, located close to the dance floor with complimentary party nibbles. Each ticket has a 75p booking fee.

Line Dancing – Friday 3rd October
Dust off your boots and get ready to kick up your heels!
Following the success of our evening in June, we are thrilled to have Rosie and Lucy of Country Nights Line Dancing to lead this event for us once again.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, their welcoming atmosphere and easy-to-follow instructions will have you feeling confident and moving to the music in no time. Come on down and join the Country Nights crew for a night of laughter, friendship, and fantastic line dancing moves!
It’s the perfect way to let loose, get some exercise, and embrace your inner country spirit.

Get ready to plug in and tune out with JUKEBOX with Jayne Katrine, your perfect escape into a world of timeless melodies! Join Jayne for a delightful music afternoon where she curates a vibrant mix of classics, forgotten gems, and crowd-pleasing hits.
Jayne Katrine’s passion for music shines brightly in her performances – her energy and connection with the audience will soon have you all singing and swaying along!

Big Community Quiz – 10th October
Join us for our Big Community Quiz on Friday 10th October 2025.
We hope you’ll gather some family and/ or friends to come and join us for a fun mix of trivia, music and picture rounds to interest and entertain young & old alike! (Suggested age 10yrs+).
A hamper for the winning team and a prize for the lucky last team also!
Quiz Teams of up to 8, min’ 4. £5 for 18+yrs, £3 for under 18’s.

Makers Market – Sunday 19th October
Join us for our Makers Market on Sunday 19th October, 10AM-2PM. The perfect chance to get ready for Christmas with those unique, thoughtful presents.
Lots of makers and creators all under one roof! From crochet to cakes, woodwork to handmade cosmetics, candles to locally brewed beers, photographers to artists, ceramics to boho accessories—there’s something for everyone! Plus we will also be running a raffle made up of some fantastic prizes, so do be sure to enter!
Our KWMCC café will be open for you also to grab a bite to eat and a soft/hot drink.
Entry to the market is free with free on-site parking too. Simply turn up and enjoy!

The Show Must Go On!

Family Halloween Spook Parties 2025 – 2nd November
Join us for a Spooktacular time at Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre (KWMCC) during half term week on Sunday, 2nd November!
Get ready for our Family Halloween Spook Parties! We have two fang-tastic sessions to choose from:
Morning Party: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon Party: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Expect a ghoulishly good time with 2 hours of FUN:
🎵 Disco with fun games
🍭 Tuck-shop treats
🍻 Hot & cold drinks for sale – And for the afternoon party (2-4PM), our bar will also be open!
🎨Costumes are encouraged! There will be face paints available to purchase at both parties too.

There will also be some free children’s Halloween colouring in our quieter room’, perfect for when you need a breather from the dance floor.

Festive Family Party 2025 – 7th December
Join us for an unforgettable festive celebration at KWMCC’s annual Festive Family Party on Sunday, 7th December 2025!
This party is taking place 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM filled with a festive disco, lively party games, and the magical chance to meet Father Christmas and receive a special wrapped gift with your child’s name on!
There will also be face paints and our tuckshop serving hot drinks & snacks, plus the bar will be open too!
Tickets are priced at £8.50 for children (including a gift from Father Christmas) and £2.50 for accompanying adults. Please note, tickets incur an additional booking fee from Eventbrite.
We will also have a quieter room with some festive colouring & activities to enjoy should you wish to take a break from the music at all.

Classic Christmas Party Nights 2025
Looking for the perfect way to celebrate the festive season? Come along to our annual Christmas Party Nights here at KWMCC – This year’s theme ‘Classic Christmas’. Think timeless traditions, twinkling lights, shimmering decor and lots more besides!
These nights are taking place on Thursday 11th, Friday 12th & Saturday 13th December 2025, from 7 PM to Midnight.
Enjoy a magical evening filled with festivities, featuring a complimentary welcome drink, a delicious 3-course meal, live entertainment, and a disco until late. Capture the moments with our photo opportunities, and make this a night to remember with friends, family, or colleagues!
Tickets are £54.95 per person, and spaces are limited – so please book early to avoid disappointment!

The Salvation Army Community Carols 2025
We’d love for you to join us on Thursday 18th December 2025, 7-8PM at our outdoor bandstand for Community Carols with The Salvation Army (our 4th year running this wonderful event).
Warm refreshments, snacks and carol sheets will be available, such as mulled wine and hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows!
So, wrap up warm and come along with family and friends and join in our annual Christmas carols sing-along together this December, all while raising funds for The Salvation Army.

Kesgrave Community Chinwag
Whether you’re looking to make new friends or reconnect with old ones, our Kesgrave Community Chinwag is the perfect place to do so – and it’s FREE! Every third Friday of the month, 2-4pm. Open to those aged 60 years and over, who live in Kesgrave (or very close by) to join us for an afternoon filled with friendship, music, refreshments, and fun!

The Centre of Networking 2025 – Free Networking
Join us at The Centre of Networking, every other month on the second Tuesday of the month 10-11:30AM in 2025!
The Centre of Networking at Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre (KWMCC) remaining dates for the year:
12th August, 14th October & 9th December.
At our events, you can promote your business, network with others and make valuable connections in a welcoming, laid-back environment. These open networking events are sponsored by Bates Wells & Braithwaite Solicitors.
The timing of the morning runs from 10:00AM – 11:30AM. Free to book but we ask for a small £2 cash donation on arrival to support local charity, Iceni, who we support with these events from 2024-2025. Light refreshments provided.
If you would like the chance to become a guest speaker, run an activity or have a stall at one of these events, you can do so for free! Please get in touch with our events team.

Time Together Tuesday 2025 – Free Family Events
Back in 2025!
Our popular event Time Together Tuesday has returned for this year. Throughout the school holidays, we will be holding free laid-back games and craft mornings – aimed at families.
Suggested age for children is 3-10 years but babies and toddlers are most welcome – there are some toys and colouring for them to enjoy too.
With various dates available and the events running in the morning 10AM-12PM, you can register your interest and attend on the date(s) of your choosing.
These events and activities are free to come along to with no cost for hot and cold drinks for attendees. We will be selling treats from our tuck shop if you wish to purchase something from there.
We plan to make each session a different theme, so book in for as many as you would like to attend and we will release the theme on our social media before the event. Instagram: @kesgravecommunitycentre & Facebook ‘Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre’.
