Football
- Ravens FC
- Division 2 Sunday League team, always open to new players and supporters. Games are played most Sunday’s, 10:30am KO. Our season starts 7th September. We also have training sessions Tuesday and Thursday evenings and are taking part in a number of pre-season friendlies. Please contact us for more information.

- AFC Kesgrave
- AFC Kesgrave comprises of 23 football teams across adult, ladies & youth. Junior Cup winners twice! The adult first team play in the SIL Senior Division. The AFC current U11's train at the KWMCC on Tuesday evenings. It is also home to our U16's and U18's on Saturdays and our Vets side on a Sunday.

Cricket
- Kesgrave Cricket Club
- A relatively new club, formed in 1993 but we have rapidly become one of the best clubs in Suffolk with two senior teams both playing in the Two Counties League, we have a thriving Ladies section, a full junior programme and we also run All-Stars sessions for ages 5-8. Our facilities are first class including a clubhouse with bar, changing rooms with showers and a two-lane practice net. The wicket is excellent and very well cared for. - Monday and Wednesday 6-7pm - This boutique Pilates class with small class size offers a personalised and varied Pilates experience designed to benefit each client. This 1 hour class typically features a range of exercises, using classical Pilates principles on the mat but also in standing. Clients can expect a balanced workout that improves core strength, flexibility, posture and muscular balance while emphasising mindful and controlled movements. The class size ensures focused teacher attention, allowing for tailored modifications where needed and progression to suit the individual. - Wednesday 7.00-8.00pm - This small 1 hour yoga class welcomes students of all abilities, offering a mix of gentle and strong, enriching Hatha yoga experience. This is enhanced with somatic movements to deepen body awareness and release tension. This class integrates traditional Hatha postures with mindful somatic practices in a flow that encourages exploration of the subtle body sensations and promotes tension release. Breathwork is a fundamental part of yoga, guiding clients to connect breath with movement and cultivate calm focus. Each class offers a harmonious blend of Hatha's yoga foundational practices with somatic elements and breath awareness to enhance well-being on all levels -physical, mental and emotional in a welcoming class setting.

- Improvers Pilates with Manon
- Wednesday 8.15-9.15pm - This 1hour small Pilates class is for clients who like to be challenged more. A typical Pilates class will consist of a range of exercises using classical mat Pilates principles allowing for personal modifications and progressions to suit individual goals and any rehabilitation needs. The variety of exercises targets the whole body enhancing strength, endurance, coordination and alignment. The small size class fosters a supportive environment where the teacher can correct and provide personalised guidance, making each session session effective and enjoyable. This class ends with a longer relaxation at the end in order to promote sleep.

- Kesgrave Kruisers is a family friendly Running and Triathlon Club based in Kesgrave, Suffolk, UK. We are registered/affiliated with the Association of Running Clubs, England Athletics and British Triathlon. We train on Tuesday and Thursday nights, with monthly track sessions and additional social runs and other activities throughout the week.

- Social Walking Netball takes place at Kesgrave Sports Centre every Monday from 12:30-1:30PM. Come & join for a fun way to stay fit! Make new friends and catch up with old ones. No drills, but short games for fun and enjoyment. No jumping allowed. Sessions are £5 and are bookable by Carole.

Specialist Sports
- Vikings All Star Cheerleading
- Cheerleading club for children and teenagers in Suffolk. Our coaches have experienced first hand the joy that cheer sports can bring to your life and are passionate about sharing that with the youth of Suffolk. All Star Cheer is an energetic, team-based, performance sport that combines athletic, acrobatic and dance skills. It involves athletes competing as a group, performing a routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance and cheer segments, and is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK. At Vikings All Star we welcome all athletes, from Novice to Elite and work with athletes from 6 years old to 16 years old. We train on Tuesday evenings.

- We are a friendly British Cycling (BC) affiliated Cycle Speedway club with BC qualified coaches. We welcome all ages and abilities from balance bikers (2yrs+) all the way up to veteran riders. We train on Monday and Tuesdays (from March to October) and new riders should come down to the track for the first session from 5:50pm-6:30pm. Please wear long sleeves and trousers, old shoes and bring any elbow/knee pads and helmet/gloves that you have. We have spare safety equipment available (helmet/gloves/pads) and plenty of bikes! You can try for free for 2-3 weeks before deciding whether or not to join the club. We'd love to see you at our track
