KWMCC Sports and Fitness Sessions
We host a variety of sports clubs, groups, and classes for the local community.
It’s never too late to get active.

Casual Badminton
Drop in to our pay-as-you-go badminton sessions in our Sports Hall, where you’ll join others for casual doubles matches, participating as much or as little as you would like. All ages and abilities welcome.
- Tuesdays 10:00am-12:00pm & Fridays 9:30am-12:00pm
- £4.50 per session
Yoga
Come to our pay-as-you-go yoga classes in the main building that aim to bring stability, ease, poise, and balance to the body, generating a sense of wellbeing. All ages and abilities welcome.
- Mondays: 11.00am – 12.00pm
- £8.00 per session or book a month in advance at £7.50 per session
Pilates
Come to our pay-as-you-go Pilates classes in the main building focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body control. All ages and abilities welcome.
No need to book.
- Tuesdays: 11.00am – 12.00pm
- £8.00 per session or book a month in advance at £7.50 per session.
Carpet Bowls
Join us for a casual, non-competitive game of carpet bowls in our Sports Hall on Tuesday morning. A low-cost, relaxed activity to play some bowls and meet new people. No need to book.
- Tuesdays: 10.00am – 12.00pm in the Sports Hall
- £2.50 per session.
Active Adults
Come along for an exercise class for those who need to keep moving later in life. Alternatively, take part in our chair-based session for those less mobile but still wanting to remain active.
- Mon 9.30am – 10.30am followed by the chair-based session from 10.45am to 11.45am.
- First session free, following sessions paid monthly in advance, only £4.50 per session
