2025 Events
KWMCC Christmas Market – Saturday 29th November
Join us at KWMCC on 29th November 10am-2pm for a fun, local market that promises to get you into the Christmas spirit!
This festive event is a wonderful opportunity to support small businesses as they showcase their unique wares, featuring everything from artisanal goods to one-of-a-kind gifts, perfect for everyone on your list. Whether you’re searching for the perfect present or a special treat for yourself, our shopping stalls are brimming with ideas.
The atmosphere will be filled with festive cheer, complimented by hot drinks & snacks available throughout the morning. Don’t miss out on our exciting raffle for a chance to win super prizes donated by each of the small businesses who will be with us on the day.
Entry is just £1 for adults, and children can enter the market for free.
Festive Family Party 2025 – Sunday 7th December
Join us for an unforgettable festive celebration at KWMCC’s annual Festive Family Party on Sunday, 7th December 2025!
This party is taking place 2PM to 4PM filled with a festive disco, lively party games, and the magical chance to meet Father Christmas and receive a special wrapped gift with your child’s name on!
There will also be face paints and our tuckshop serving hot drinks & snacks, plus the bar will be open too!
Tickets are priced at £8.50 for children (including a gift from Father Christmas) and £2.50 for accompanying adults. Please note, tickets incur an additional booking fee from Eventbrite.
We will also have a quieter room with some festive colouring & activities to enjoy should you wish to take a break from the music.

Classic Christmas Party Nights 2025
Looking for the perfect way to celebrate the festive season? Come along to our annual Christmas Party Nights here at KWMCC – This year’s theme ‘Classic Christmas’. Think timeless traditions, twinkling lights, shimmering decor and lots more besides!
These nights are taking place on Friday 12th (SOLD OUT) & Saturday 13th (SOLD OUT) December 2025, from 7PM to Midnight.
Enjoy a magical evening filled with festivities, featuring a complimentary welcome drink, a delicious 3-course meal, live entertainment, and a disco until late. Capture the moments with our photo opportunities, and make this a night to remember with friends, family, or colleagues!
Our licensed Bar Twelve will be open to serve all your favourite drinks.
Tickets are £54.95 per person, and spaces are limited – so please book early to avoid disappointment!

The Salvation Army Community Carols – Thursday 18th December
We’d love for you to join us on Thursday 18th December 2025, 7-8PM at our outdoor bandstand for Community Carols with The Salvation Army (our 4th year running this wonderful event).
Warm refreshments, snacks and carol sheets will be available, such as mulled wine and hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows!
So, wrap up warm and come along with family and friends and join in our annual Christmas carols sing-along together this December, all while raising funds for The Salvation Army.

Kesgrave Community Chinwag
Whether you’re looking to make new friends or reconnect with old ones, our Kesgrave Community Chinwag is the perfect place to do so – and it’s FREE! Every third Friday of the month, 2-4pm. Open to those aged 60 years and over, who live in Kesgrave (or very close by) to join us for an afternoon filled with friendship, music, refreshments, and fun!

The Centre of Networking 2025 – Free Networking
Join us at The Centre of Networking, every other month on the second Tuesday of the month 10-11:30AM in 2025!
The Centre of Networking at Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre (KWMCC) remaining date for the year: 9th December.
At our events, you can promote your business, network with others and make valuable connections in a welcoming, laid-back environment. These open networking events are sponsored by Bates Wells & Braithwaite Solicitors.
The timing of the morning runs from 10:00AM – 11:30AM. Free to book but we ask for a small £2 cash donation on arrival to support local charity, Brave Futures, who we support with these events from 2025-2026. Light refreshments provided.
If you would like the chance to become a guest speaker, run an activity or have a stall at one of these events, you can do so for free! Please get in touch with our events team.

Time Together Tuesday 2025 – Free Family Events
Back in 2025!
Our popular event Time Together Tuesday has returned for this year. Throughout the school holidays, we will be holding FREE, relaxed games and craft mornings – aimed at families.
Suggested age for children is 3-10 years but babies and toddlers are most welcome – there are some toys and colouring for them to enjoy too.
With various dates available and the events running in the morning 10AM-12PM, you can register your interest and attend on the date(s) of your choosing.
These events and activities are free to come along to with no cost for hot and cold drinks for attendees. We will be selling treats from our tuck shop if you wish to purchase something from there.
We plan to make each session a different theme, so book in for as many as you would like to attend and we will release the theme on our social media before the event. Instagram: @kesgravecommunitycentre & Facebook ‘Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre’.

All funds raised go towards our Live Music at the Bandstand free community event.
