Double Trouble Comedy Night – Saturday 11th July 2026
Double Trouble Comedy Night, created by the brilliant duo Andy Leach and Richard Whymark, delivers twice the laughs in one unforgettable evening. With a top-tier lineup and non-stop entertainment, it’s a night of comedy you won’t want to miss.

Ad Sheeran – Ed Sheeran Live Tribute with Adam Thomas – Friday 24th July 2026
Join us at KWMCC for an incredible evening celebrating the music of Ed Sheeran with “Ad Sheeran” – a fantastic live tribute performance by vocalist Adam Thomas, plus support act.
Enjoy all the biggest hits, singalong favourites and heartfelt acoustic anthems from one of the UK’s most loved artists, performed live in a great atmosphere at Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre.

Reggae & Ska Night with Rude and Reckless – Friday 7th August 2026
Reggae & Ska Night lands at KWMCC on Friday 7th August, with live music from Rude & Reckless.
Expect a big night of classic ska, roots reggae, rude boy rhythms and all the good vibes!
General admission tickets are now available for £10 each (inclusive of your booking fee).
Please note this is an 18+ event and our licensed Bar Twelve will be open throughout. We look forward to seeing you!
Wicked Singlalong Spells & Sprinkles Event – Friday 10:30am-12pm 14th August
Children must be accompanied by an adult to fly on over for an afternoon of bewitching beats on the dance floor at our ‘Wicked’ themed party. Spirited party games, enchanting colouring pages and simply spellbinding snacks.
Tickets – Child £10 (party + colouring + cake snack)/ Accompanying Adult £4 (includes a tea or coffee).
Live Music at the Bandstand 2026 – Free Event – Sunday 16th August 2026
Now in its third year of running, our annual event, Live Music at the Bandstand will be back at KWMCC this Summer!
Join us on Sunday, 16th August 2026 from 12 – 6pm for a fantastic day of live music, featuring amazing performances from talented local musicians and groups. Full lineup to be announced soon!
Refreshments will be available on the day, including burgers and hot dogs, pizza, ice creams, and cakes – perfect for a Summer afternoon!
Bring your chairs or blankets, sit back, and enjoy the music as we celebrate local talent in the beautiful outdoor setting of our bandstand.
On the day, you can also browse the stalls and enjoy some free activities in the garden and on the field – fun for the whole family!

Daytime Disco Summer Floor Fillers – Saturday 22nd August 2026
Love to dance but don’t fancy a late night? Then this is the perfect event for you!
Join us for an afternoon and early evening of the biggest floor-fillers from across the decades.
From classic hits to party favourites, we’ll be keeping the dance floor busy with music you’ll know and love.
And the best thing? You can be in bed by 9pm!

90’s DJ Night – Sat 19th September 2026
Ready to groove like it’s 1999? Dust off your platform trainers and oversized flannel because we’re throwing the Ultimate 90s Disco Party!
We’re kicking the night off with a one-hour dance masterclass, where our instructor will teach you the iconic moves that defined the decade. Whether you’re a Vogue expert or just love a good Cabbage Patch, we’ll get you prepped to own the dance floor. Once you’ve mastered the steps, the DJ takes over with a non-stop playlist of 90s dance floor anthems. Bar Twelve open throughout.

Family Fun Bingo Night – Fri 11th September 2026
Join us for a night of fun + games! £7 for 8 games of bingo.
6:30PM doors open, 6:45-7:15PM extra books for sale, 7:30PM eyes down.
Heads and Tails + “50/50” Raffle, our licensed Bar Twelve will be open + snacks & treats available to purchase too.
All funds raised go towards supporting our KWMCC Events offering.
Macmillan Coffee Morning – Thurs 24th September 2026
Join us for a Macmillan Coffee Morning!
We’re delighted to invite you to our Macmillan Coffee Morning, taking place at KWMCC in Ropes Hall from 10:30am–12:30pm on Thursday 24th September 2026.
This special event is being hosted jointly by KWMCC and Workout With Heidi in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Bring along your friends and family and help us raise funds for this wonderful cause. We’ll be serving tea, coffee and refreshments, with donations gratefully accepted throughout the morning. All proceeds will go directly to Macmillan Cancer Support.
There will also be shopping stalls, a tombola and a raffle.

Interactive Murder Mystery Radio Play: ‘The right Note For Murder’ – Sun 4th October 2026
Do you fancy yourself a bit of a Sherlock Holmes? Do you live for the drama of a classic “whodunit”?
If so, mark your calendars, grab your sharpest friends, and prepare for an afternoon of suspense + subterfuge! We are thrilled to invite you to “The Right Note for Murder,” an interactive murder mystery radio play that promises to keep you guessing until the very final chord.
This isn’t just a performance you sit and watch. You are an active part of the investigation! As the mystery unfolds, you’ll be tasked with listening for clues, spotting inconsistencies in witness testimonies, and working with your team to piece together the truth before the killer makes their final exit.

Country Nights Presents Line Dancing – Fri 16th October 2026

Following the success of our evening in June, we are thrilled to have Rosie and Lucy of Country Nights Line Dancing to lead this event for us once again.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, their welcoming atmosphere and easy-to-follow instructions will have you feeling confident and moving to the music in no time. Come on down and join the Country Nights crew for a night of laughter, friendship, and fantastic line dancing moves!

Join us for our October Makers Market! Support local talent and discover unique, handcrafted treasures – from artisanal homeware to original art and delicious local bakes. Come meet the makers, hear the stories behind their creations, and celebrate the incredible creative energy of our community. A fantastic time to pick up Christmas gifts or birthday presents. Halloween Spook Parties – Sunday 25th October 2026
Get ready for our Family Halloween Spook Parties! We have two fang-tastic sessions to choose from:
Morning Party: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon Party: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Expect a ghoulishly good time with 2 hours of FUN:

Hot & cold drinks for sale – And for the afternoon party (2-4PM), our bar will also be open!
Costumes are encouraged! There will be face paints available to purchase at both parties too.

Community Carols at the Bandstand with The Salvation Army – Thurs 17th December 2026
We’d love for you to join us on Thursday 18th December 2025, 7-8PM at our outdoor bandstand for Community Carols with The Salvation Army (our 5th year running this wonderful event).
Warm refreshments, snacks and carol sheets will be available, such as mulled wine and hot chocolate with marshmallows!
So, wrap up warm and come along with family and friends and join in our annual Christmas carols sing-along together this December, all while raising funds for The Salvation Army.

Kesgrave Community Chinwag
Whether you’re looking to make new friends or reconnect with old ones, our Kesgrave Community Chinwag is the perfect place to do so – and it’s FREE! Every third Friday of the month, 2-4pm. Open to those aged 60 years and over, who live in Kesgrave (or very close by) to join us for an afternoon filled with friendship, music, refreshments, and fun!

The Centre of Networking 2026 – Free Networking
Join us at The Centre of Networking, every other month on the second Tuesday of the month 10-11:30AM in 2026!
At our events, you can promote your business, network with others and make valuable connections in a welcoming, laid-back environment. These open networking events are sponsored by Bates Wells & Braithwaite Solicitors.
Free to book but we ask for a small £2 cash donation on arrival to support local charity, Brave Futures, who we support with these events from 2025-2026. Light refreshments provided.
