There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to exercising, but walking, climbing stairs and armchair-exercises such as lifting yourself out of a chair several times or just daily chores such as gardening are a great way to stay active.
We have a full range of activities to suit people of all ages and abilities from weekly bite size core strength fitness sessions to the popular active adult classes & yoga.

Active Adults
Designed to improve health and well-being. An opportunity to participate in a one hour low level instructor led session of physical activity. The activity session takes place from 9.30am , with an opportunity to socialise afterwards.
Core Strength Yoga
This Yoga session aims to bring stability, ease, poise and balance through the body, mind and breathing, generating a sense of wellbeing.
Casual Badminton
Come along and play badminton in a relaxed and fun environment. Improve your game and fitness levels. No booking necessary, just turn up and play!

A Kesgrave based run group for like minded runners to be able to share advice, recommend products/services and most importantly meet up with people and run. No need to book – just turn up!
