We play host to a variety of clubs, groups and classes which take place every week and throughout the year. There is a broad range of categories through to the many individual activities which regularly take place here.

Meets the second Friday Evening of each Month.
Boundless CSMA
Meets the second Wednesday evening each Month.
Co-op Women’s Guild
The Guild meets every other Tuesday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm.
(With the exception of August and during the Christmas period)

Meets 3rd Tuesday evening of each month January – May and September.
Kesgrave Women’s Institute
Meets 1st Thursday Evening of each Month.

Meets the last Monday Afternoon of each Month
Danceafloat – Afternoon Social Dance
Latin & Sequence / Ballroom classes in Ropes Hall 2-4PM. £5 pp includes tea/coffee & biscuits.

Lacemakers
Meets Thursday afternoons twice a month.
Saturday Stitchers
A sewing group who meet on Saturdays near Ipswich Suffolk to sew, chat and eat cake.
The Suffolk Beaders
Social beading group with occasional workshops with visiting tutors. Meets on Saturdays monthly.
Monday Makers
Run by the Saturday Stitchers group, Monday Makers will be running once a month from 9th September – December 2024. These meet-ups will continue every first Monday of the month.
Participate
Come and explore objects and music with our friendly team of workshop leaders and musicians.
These sessions will bring you together with others in your local community, providing an opportunity to take part in activities and connect over tea and cake. Sessions last for two hours and tea and cake is provided. No musical experience is necessary.
Our team are trained to ensure these workshops are suitable for those living with long term health conditions, including Dementia and Parkinson’s.
Book for these free sessions below which takes place on Tuesdays weekly at Bowls Pavilion, Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre, Twelve-Acre Approach, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP15 1JF.

Walking Football
Walking Football is a relatively new format of football aimed at encouraging older adults to play again, on a regular basis.
The game comprises of the same rules as standard football, except players are not permitted to run. Men’s and Ladies groups run at KWMCC.
Men’s: Mondays 7-8PM and Sundays 10-11AM
Ladies: Wednesdays 10-11AM
Mixed: Thursdays 7:30-8:30PM

Meets every Monday evening in the Sports Hall 6-7PM from September 2024.
Pickleball
Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a Wiffle Ball, over a net.
Pickleball takes place at Kesgrave Sports Centre every Tuesday & Friday 2-3:30PM.
Social Walking Netball
Social Walking Netball takes place at Kesgrave Sports Centre every Monday from 12:30-1:30PM.
Come & join for a fun way to stay fit! Make new friends and catch up with old ones. No drills, but short games for fun and enjoyment. No jumping allowed. Sessions are £5 and are bookable by Carole.
