At Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre (KWMCC), we believe that sports and community spaces should be for everyone. That’s why we are absolutely delighted to announce that we have just received two brand-new Lawn Bowls friendly Para-Wheelchairs!

Lawn bowls is a fantastic sport of precision, strategy, and camaraderie, but traditional wheelchairs can sometimes damage the delicate turf. These new, specialized para-wheelchairs are a gamechanger.
Not only do they allow users to take fully-fledged part in games alongside other players on a truly level playing field, but their specialised design also ensures that our cherished lawn area stays in tip-top shape. It’s a win-win for both the players and our greenskeepers!

Continuing Our Journey to Full Accessibility
This exciting delivery comes just a few weeks after we had brand-new, modern access doors fitted to the Bowls Pavilion.

Whether you’re a long-standing local club member, a visiting team player from across the county, or joining us from one of the wonderful charities that utilize our facilities – such as ActivLives – we want you to know one thing: There is a place for you to play bowls at KWMCC.
