Our Conference Centre is a prestigious purpose built Conference room with full audio-visual equipment. It has the added advantage of a large conservatory which is ideal for a break out room or to accommodate your hospitality needs.
Ropes Hall caters for conferences or exhibit larger stands. The hall has a full size stage with professional lighting equipment and an upstairs projection and control room. It features a cinema size screen equipped for video and digital projection and seats up to 250 people theatre style. The hall has a built in PA system including lectern, hand held and lapel microphones.
The Orwell Room caters for medium sized conferences or exhibit stands, and at 8 by 8 metres, the Stour Room caters for smaller stands.
The Board Room seats 14 and is suitable for small group meetings and training.
A comprehensive range of audio visual and computer equipment is available including a Digital Projector, Overhead Projector, DVD Player and Music Centre. Broadband Internet access is provided. Flip charts and pens can also be provided.
A licensed bar available on request, as is tea, coffee and refreshments.
All facilities at the Centre are easily accessible for clients with physical impairments or requiring the use of wheelchairs and is equipped with a hearing loop system. There are disabled toilets and designated parking spaces close to the main entrance.
Our flexibility allows you to book the rooms for a half day, full day, evenings and weekends.
Join our monthly networking group on the 2nd Tuesday morning of every month, £2 entry fee donated to St Elizabeth Hospice.
