Commit To Get Fit -Bite Sized Exercise Session

Wednesday mornings 9.15am to 9.45am

This session will help you to become physically fitter enabling you to deal with the rigors of life. Consisting of a variety of core stability exercises, circuits and body toning exercises.
£2.50 per person per session
